We see CYP up to 18 years with CFS/ME of any severity. We accept referrals from general paediatricians [<16 yrs] and GPs [>16 yrs]. We are commissioned for S Yorks/N Derbyshire but accept out of area referrals accompanied by an agreed Individual Funding Request form the local CCG.
