The service supports people with ME/CFS and/or Long Covid, age 18 and over, who have a GP based in Herefordshire or Worcestershire. The team comprises of occupational Therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, psychology and a specialist GP, in addition to a therapy assistant and admin support.  Assessment and intervention is offered on a 1:1 and group basis, much of which is provided virtually (video or telephone call), although clinic appointments are available if preferred. We can also undertake home visits if clinically indicated.
