A Conversation about Service Pressures

We need your service updates and to hear your voice.

Is your service under pressure? Are waiting lists growing? Has funding been cut? Are you being asked to deliver more for less? Or are you being asked to deliver less for your patients to reduce waiting lists and stay within budget?

We would like to share experiences as service leads, commissioners, patients, managers, and clinicians. Come and tell us the current situation in your service including any positive changes you have made to support your teams, patients, and Trust to deliver a safe, effective service in a timely manner.

We will feed the outputs of this conversation into a workshop at conference and aim to inform, advise, and network with those influencers and decisions makers that need to hear our voice.

During the webinar we will be sharing experiences through discussion and asking for your feedback in small groups as well as a larger group.
