Helen is a Physiotherapist with experience across Post-Covid rehabilitation, ME/CFS, MSK, and complex symptom presentations. She currently works within the Dorset Post-Covid Service/ME/CFS pathway and has led on service development initiatives, patient education resources, and group programme design. Her clinical strengths include behaviour-change approaches, functional rehabilitation, health coaching, and supporting patients with long-term conditions to self-manage effectively.

Alongside her clinical work, Helen is passionate about education and professional development. She supports students and other team members in their learning, contributes to training within her service, and has extensive experience writing patient-facing materials with a strong focus on accessibility and health literacy.
