We are a part-time service (Wednesday – Friday) for those aged 18+ years with a diagnosis of, or suspected diagnosis of, ME/CFS living within Conwy, Gwynedd or Ynys Mon.

We offer individual biopsychosocial assessments, which can be face to face or virtual, and, depending on the outcome, are also able to provide some individual follow-up sessions and access to a group for those with ME/CFS, based on Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) principles. The group focuses on four main areas, with the aim of better managing symptoms and includes: Pacing of activity/energy management, improving sleep, exploring the role of diet and stress management.

Those living within Denbighshire, Wrexham or Flintshire can be referred to the ME/CFS Service in East, based in Connah’s Quay Medical Centre.
