Out patient clinic based service for patients presenting with moderate and mild ME/CFS.
From age 16 upwards.
For patients who have a GP Preston, Chorley and South Ribble.
GP referral only.
Diagnostic and intervention from MDT.
MDT includes OT, Physio, Nurse, Pharmacist, Psychology and GPwsi.
Provide face to face assessment and intervention, telephone and consultation via media teleconferencing.
Follow bio-psycho-social model and offer 1:1 and group intervention.
