The Essex Chronic Fatigue Service is a county-wide service for adults and is run from Southend University Hospital. We are a rehabilitation Service with outpatient assessments and therapy sessions held at venues throughout Essex. Our treatment aims to work with you towards recovery and management of your symptoms.
