Adult service – we accept patients from the age of 17, for:
Assessments by a specialist team and several treatment pathways either as an individual or group setting. Skype/video calls available. Opportunity to access a range of professionals and NHS clinicians including rehabilitation therapists, dietician and GPwSI. Different options for treatment, including home based rehabilitation for severely affected individuals within a 30 mile radius.
Referrals are via the patients GP or another health professional. We also provide training/ updates to health professionals, patient groups and employers. Referrals to us must include recent blood tests and other essential information (contact us or see website). Referrals are accepted via post and email. Secure emails to be sent to cfsme.lypft@nhs.net
