• Therapy lead service – team of Occupational Therapists (and a Health and Wellbeing Coach?)
• Holistic initial assessments, followed by a fatigue management educational programme both online in groups and 1:1, according to patient need
• Initial assessment covers symptoms, activities of daily living, sleep, emotional and social experiences. The programme covers fatigue management strategies looking at activity management, rest, sleep, brain fog, stress, impact of thoughts, communication, work, goal setting and self-care planning.
• Supporters Workshop also offered, which patients can nominate attendees for.
• Referrals accepted from GPs via the Devon Referral Support Service (DRSS), and from consultants via the Long COVID pathway
• Patients seen in clinic, via video or telephone.
