Therapy team access is via medical assessment team only (direct referral to therapy team from primary care is not permitted).
North-of-Tyne (Newcastle / North Tyneside / Northumberland) residents only.
Referrals from outside the North-of-Tyne area can be accepted for medical assessment only: therapy services for other areas are locality based.
Rehab and Management service includes specialist physiotherapy and psychological therapy. Individual and group work.
Remote (video) appointments can be offered. No home visits are possible.
