We serve: Primary care networks within the Nottinghamshire County, Mansfield & Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood areas.

We see patients who are

·         Over 16yrs.

·         Mild / moderate symptoms

We take referrals from GP’s and Consultants.

 

We offer fatigue management supported self-help interventions:

·         Biopsychosocial/holistic assessment by specialist practitioners (Physio/OT/Nurse/CBT)

·         Virtual Group with ongoing refresher sessions

·         Face to face, or remote access (Tel /Video) 1:1programme for those unable to access a group

·         Limited 1:1 CBT interventions as required

We do not offer

·         Diagnostic services

·         Domiciliary visits
