Referral from any healthcare professional via service referral form (using referral guide to ensure appropriate investigations have been done before referral).
GP electronic referral coming soon.
Offering telephone/video and face to face assessments, and home visits when necessary. Group course “Camau” available online or in person.
Team of: GP with a specialist interest in ME/CFS and Long COVID, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapies Assistant.
Therapies based service, non-investigative (this sits with GP or Consultant) and non-prescribing.
Offers therapist assessment, diagnostic opinion, education, support and care planning.
