We are a specialist outpatient service for adults (18+) registered with a GP across both North and South Teesside. We accept GP referrals only, via the e-nhs referral system (formerly Choose and Book).
The service provides specialist assessment and diagnosis of CFS/ME by medical consultants, and a therapeutic rehabilitation programme delivered by specialist therapists (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and clinical psychology). Therapy is delivered in either a group setting or in individual appointments.
We accept referrals for all severities, though as an outpatient service there are limitations to what we can offer for those severely affected. We do however try to arrange therapy closer to home through generic community therapy teams where possible.
